Two Horizon Center is a high-profile office corporate tower offering a luxurious work and leisure environment combined with the latest in functionality and business amenities. Located in the heart of Gurgaon at DLF 5, Two Horizon Centert is part of a 5.58 hectare (13.78 acre) complex with a large landscaped hub home to a variety of culinary and leisure spaces. The Master Planning of the project was done by the world renowned firm Robert A. M. Stern Architects, LLP, and has a built-up area of approximately 2.5 million SF. The combined basements cover an area of around 500,000 SF accommodating 3,000 car parking spaces. The superstructure of Two Horizon is approximately 600,000 SF with 24 floors. The project is designed as a shell and core structure, with the interiors outfitted by the tenants. Two Horizon Center is also a LEED Platinum certified.
