Hill provided program and construction management services in support of New York City’s Build it Back (BiB) housing recovery efforts. Hurricane Sandy caused unprecedented damage throughout New York City, impacting approximately 35,000 single family dwellings. BiB provides residents with funding and support to repair or even replace their damaged homes, according to U.S. Federal guidelines.
