Hill is providing project and construction management services for the refurbishment of one of the most iconic hotels on the Island of Cyprus, the Landmark Nicosia Autograph Collection Hotel. In addition to the renovation of the existing hotel, the project includes the construction of two new towers on an adjacent plot, one residential and one commercial. In total, the project encompasses 64,000 SM of built up and landscaped area.
The historic 294-room hotel, formerly Hilton Cyprus, has played a leading role in the country’s international image and heritage since 1967. The 5-star hotel comprises 294 keys including guest rooms, suites, executive rooms, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, tennis court, meeting rooms and office spaces, bar and restaurants, retail, parking area, and outstanding area.
