The NYCSCA which oversees the 1,200 public schools in NYC hired Hill to provide an extension of staff services to their project management group. The SCA was undergoing projects in line with the capital improvement program. To date, Hill has helped deliver include construction of 200 new schools and renovations, upgrades, and additions to existing schools.
