This project added a new fashion outlet to the existing Plaza Mayor shopping center. The design of the new outlets recreates a typical Andalusian village and houses more than 100 stores. The center has a gross leasable area of more than 17,000 SM and 1,200 parking spaces distributed in a 30,000 SM below-grade parking lot and a 9,000 SM rooftop parking lot. A key element of the work was the development two new roads to allow for the anticipated increase in traffic the new center attracts.
