Hill announced that its Turkish subsidiary IMS has changed its brand to Hill International effective March 1st. Headquartered in Istanbul, IMS Proje Yonetimi ve Danismanlik A.S., (IMS) was acquired by Hill on April 16, 2015. Prior to joining Hill, IMS was one of the leading project management firms based in Turkey. The company has provided project management services on hundreds of commercial real estate projects in Central Asia, Eastern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
“The blend of our two companies’ cultures have enhanced the value delivered on our projects and have improved our ability to meet our clients’ expectations and requirements,” said Serdar Gucar, former President of IMS and now Vice President and Managing Director of Turkish operations for Hill’s Project Management Group. “We expect that the Hill brand will be viewed very favorably in the Turkish market,” added Gucar.
“The addition of IMS has strengthened Hill’s project management resources and capabilities in Turkey and throughout the CIS region,” said David L. Richter, Hill’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
