Hill provided cost auditing services for this fit-out project involving 52,000 SF of leased space. Informatica is a software development company headquartered in California with offices around the world, its core products include enterprise cloud data management and data integration. The designs of for the office address the needs of the company’s diverse users and emphasize collaboration and flexibility. Spaces include amenities, workrooms, team rooms, hoteling desks, and lounges. Acoustics were a primary concern and were integrated into the design language to create Jaali screens, cloud ceilings, and wall coverings made with sound-absorbing materials. The Hill cost consultancy team’s thorough audit of the final account produced findings that resulted in significant cost savings for the client. Hill also suggested process improvements, which the client accepted for future implementation.
