Hill provided project management services during the construction of a 23-kilometer motorway bypass to Constanta. The bypass was designed according to European Union and Trans-European North-South Motorway standards with a design speed of 120km/h. As the lead partner on the project, Hill was responsible for providing services throughout the project’s three phases: design study and preevaluation activities for a Yellow FIDIC contract, tender preparation/procurement and preaward activities, and construction supervision and defects notification period services.
