Hill provided project management consultancy services to Qatar Railways Company for the Doha Metro Phase 1–Green Line Underground Project. Phase 1 of the program included the construction of four new transit metro lines: Green Line, Gold Line, Red Line North, and Red Line South. The Green Line comprises 16.7 KM of underground and 3.3 KM of at-grade and elevated track.
