Hill is providing project management services for the renovation and expansion of the East Middle School in the Town of Braintree, MA. The project delivers flexible space for an additional 300 students and relocates the fifth grade into the building, helping to resolve long-term space challenges and support enrollment growth throughout the Town. The project also adds and reconfigures rooms for special needs programs, including English Language Learners. The Massachusetts School Building Authority provided funding to the Town for the construction and renovation of the project. The final school will consist of 108,000 SF of renovated space and 76,000 SF of new for a total of 184,000 SF.
