The I-580 and I-680 Interchange is at the crossroads of two of Alameda County’s most important arteries, with over 275,000 vehicles a day passing through the interchange. The project included several local street improvements, involving the ramps in Dublin and access to Hopyard Road in Pleasanton from northbound and southbound I-680. Hill performed roadway and overpass structure construction contract administration, construction management, and inspection services for the project.
