Hill delivered project management services for the fit-out of this 40,000 SF state-of-the-art hospitality institute, filled with unique learning spaces. These spaces include a Welcome Centre, Coffee Shop, Food Hall, meeting rooms equipped with whiteboards and other communications technologies, a library with dedicated teamwork spaces, modular classrooms, and one of the largest culinary learning spaces in India. Each space is designed to provide both a welcoming and supportive student experience as well as targeted, hands-on opportunities for hospitality education. This includes training in customer service, point of sale skills, menu and bulk kitchen preparation, and retail management.
