Hill provided technical and economic feasibility analyses of the business case for the new Vigo Hospital. The hospital provides services to Vigo’s population of about 600,000 and can accommodate 1,465 patients. Hill also provided a technical office and was responsible for monitoring construction and reporting to the shareholders with key information on the progress and performance of the project for the decision-making process. Hill also managed the relationships of the client with the public administration.
