Project Blue Mykonos

Project Blue Mykonos is a high-end hospitality development envisioned by Grivalia Hospitality. Once complete, the destination will be managed by an operator specializing in high-end services and luxury experiences.

The 54-key resort encompasses more than 90,000 SM including rooms, villas and residencies, food and beverages venues, spa and fitness facilities, and staff housing.

Grivalia’s vision is to develop an ultra-luxury resort with international reach, offering exceptional services to its guests, while setting a new standard for its environs. The project will eventually be an all-encompassing and unique experience catering to the contemporary needs of an international, elite clientele. Project Blue will also celebrate and embody radiant, bold architecture and design, wellness, environmentally friendly materials, policies, and technologies, demonstrating both Grivalia’s and the operator’s commitment to these values and principles.

The Hill team is providing project management services from initiation and early design stages through construction and project handover, including during the defects liability period.
