Hill served as Local Owner’s Agent for the $18 million renovation of the historic 30,000 SF Swiss Embassy Chancery in Washington, DC. Originally built in 1959, the renovation updated many of the building elements to conform to current regulations and standards, all while ensuring that the installed historic elements were protected and restored in accordance with preservation guidelines. In addition to our on-site services, Hill supported negotiations and preparation of contracts with the general contractor and the owner.
