Hill provided construction management services for the modernization and renovation of the Robert Smith Vance Federal Courthouse. With a distinctive interior that includes marble and neoclassical architectural features, the courthouse consists of four occupied floors plus a basement level totaling 174,000 SF. The rehabilitation project was driven by the need for a full building systems upgrade, including energy-saving improvements.
