Hill provided project management consulting services for the STC’s master plan for their King Abdul Aziz Telecommunication Complex. The project involved developing infrastructure, including roads, underground service networks, cables, landscaping and hardscaping, new buildings, and the renovation and facelift of existing buildings. This included a headquarters building, an administration building, a multistory car park, multipurpose buildings, recreation facilities comprising food and beverage outlets, health club and spa facilities, retail spaces, and a mosque.
