Tufts Memorial Library

Hill provided owner’s project management services for the construction of the new Tufts Library. Functioning as the Town of Weymouth’s main public library, the existing two-story, 33,000 SF building had originally been constructed in 1965 and lacked the space and technology to support the community’s growing demand for services. The project allocated additional and flexible space for children’s programs and community meetings, increased access to public computers and internet, introduced a history center, provided an amphitheater for performances and programs, and expanded parking for visitors.
